How L8Pro Ltd handles the personal data collected through www.l8pro.co.uk. Last updated 9 October 2026.
Who is responsible
The controller of the personal data described here is L8Pro Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC892051), registered office 24 Windram Road, Duns, TD11 3UT, United Kingdom.
L8Pro Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC253093.

What we collect
- App waitlist. If you join the L8Pro app waitlist, we store your email address and the date you joined. You get one confirmation email, and we get a notification email with your address.
- Contact form. If you send an enquiry, your name, email address, company (if given) and message are emailed to our inbox, and you get an automatic acknowledgement. The website does not keep a separate copy in a database.
- Server logs. Like any website, the hosting provider records basic request details (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to run and secure the site. These are kept for a short period.
- Analytics. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page visits and measure how fast pages load. They do not use cookies and do not identify you. Visits are counted using a short-lived anonymous value that is discarded within 24 hours.
- Cookies. This site does not set any cookies.
Why, and the lawful basis
- Waitlist: to tell you about early access to the L8Pro app. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Enquiries: to reply to you and to carry out any work that follows. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (and, if we agree work, the contract).
- Logs and analytics: to keep the site running, secure and fast. The lawful basis is legitimate interests.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase stores the waitlist in a database hosted in the EU (Ireland region).
- Resend sends the confirmation, acknowledgement and notification emails, including the enquiries and waitlist confirmations. It keeps delivery logs and copies of the emails it sends for a limited period.
- Vercel hosts the website and provides the logs and analytics.
Where any of these transfer data outside the UK, the transfer uses standard safeguards. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after early access opens, whichever comes first.
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to respond, and for any work that results.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format (data portability). You can withdraw your consent to the waitlist at any time by emailing rafal.wrona@l8pro.co.uk with “unsubscribe”.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
